Marcia’s friendly demeanor, along with her professional attitude makes everyone feel welcome. Her commitment to the satisfaction of each tenant shines through as we aim to be responsive, courteous and solution focused.

Below is a little more about our manager, Marcia.

​Marcia grew-up in Lookingglass, a small rural community not far from Roseburg. The Lookingglass store provides a vintage backdrop of days passed when cell phones had yet to be invented. Oh, how times have changed! So, if you’re looking for history of the area and the way it was – stop and see Marcia as she has a wealth of information to share.  

Marcia is well-aware that tenants want a living environment that feels comfortable and safe, where the privacy of each tenant is respected, and the grounds are clean and well maintained. She enjoys having the opportunity to meet new people and help them with their housing needs.

Marcia is supported by Laguna Asset Management, Inc., (LAM) a Laguna Hills, CA based property management company that was formed in 2000, and whose owners have been in the real estate housing industry since 1986. LAM is currently managing 30 manufactured home communities and apartment complexes, employing a professional staff with a strong track record of positive resident relations.
